Are you a CIPD qualified HR Advisor? (Or equivalent) Do you have previous experience within the public sector, preferably within a central government organisation? If so we are keen to hear from you.

Main duties

- Inefficiency (variety of causes)
- Discipline and Grievance
- Conduct and Behaviour (e.g. allegations of abusive and intimidating behaviour)
- Performance Management, including disputes (e.g. disputed performance box mark)
- Poor Performance (e.g.

Key skills

The successful candidate will:

- Have sound knowledge of current UK employment law
- Have significant experience in advising line managers on a range of HR issues
- Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
