Large International Charity in London urgently require and Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team for period of 6 months
Main duties
* Develop global reward strategies
* Develop and maintain reward system
* Support Global HR Director
* Develop global initiatives in relation to employee recognition and motivation
* Provide advice to Regional HR Managers
Key skills
* Significant experience of developing compensation and benefit packages
* Proven experience in development and application of compensation and benefit approaches in a complex global organisation
* Ability to think strategically
* Proficient knowledge and skills in data manipulation and handling spreadsheets
* Willingness and ability to travel overseas
* Desirable to speak more than one language
