Fixed Term, HR Manager

£45000 per year (pro rata)

You will be responsible for:
- working across a number of different directorates that differ in terms of complexity of their nature supporting the "people" changes and plans
- scoping the change within one of the units that is emerging from the planning stage to an operational stage
- providing specialist and volume recruitment
- managing relationships with clients
- providing monthly/quarterly statistics using Oracle database generated report

Main duties

To be considered for this role you must have:
- working on a similar role within the public sector ( ideally central government)
- be CIPD qualified
- staff management experience
- experience of managing relationships with clients
- knowledge of mployee Relations
- experience of Managing information, analysis of data, Excel, Word HR database
(Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.)
- project management and support experience.
