Financial Planning Manager

A Financial Planning Manager is required for an eight month contract for an executive non departmental public body based within a large Central Government organisation. This is an eight month contract
Rate: £250.00 - £350.

Main duties

?Working with project managers to continuously update forecasts.
?Monthly reporting and monitoring of variances between Actual, Budget and Forecast expenditure.
?Recommend corrective action to reduce adverse variances.
?Ensure correct classification of capital and revenue expenditure.

Key skills

?Experience of the financial management of projects and programmes ? preferably within central government.
?Strong stakeholder management skills. The ability to work in partnership with organisation's community will be important to the success of this project.
