My Central Government client is reviewing their HR Policies and Procedures and require an Employment Law Specialist to progress these through the consultation process and support Line Managers once the policies have been launched.
Main duties
The role will involve:
- Negotiations with trade unions
- Delivering on policy design
- Dealing with all employment law issues
- Supporting the line manager and preparing the HR Team for the policy launch
Key skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be CIPD or HR degree qualified
- Have a proven track record of dealing with employment law issues
- Expereince of policy design
- Worked within an HR Business Partner model
- Extensive Trade Union negoitations
- Excellent communication skills
