Corporate Business Manager

£200 per day

Accountable for the planning and introducing business processes which will include reengineering programmes and the business plan for the fundraising Directorate. The role will involve change management with running the administration processes together with supporting IT and finance functions. The role needs understanding of business planning, risk management and control methodology.

Main duties

Duties will include:
* Obtain a clear and meaningful understanding of the organisation's current fundraising structures and processes
* Develop and build strong relationships throughout the Fundraising team
* Explore processes that can be integrated into the Fundraising plan to deliver more effective and efficient operational delivery
* To be the face of Fundraising Operations for all projects
* To develop an organisational plan this sets objectives and is delivered to agreed deadlines

Key skills

Candidates applying will have strong IT skills together with an understanding of fundraising strategies. You will have extensive experience of managing business processes together with evidence of delivering change management design. Understanding of business planning, risk management and control methodology is a must.
