Southend Borough Council is looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to assist in the leadership, management and be accountable for a team that provides the delivery of advice for projects in relation to the Council's capital programme.

Candidate will need to have a degree in Architecture or an equivalent academic qualification in building services. Knowledge of Local Government procurement procedures would be an advantage however not desirable.
