The role will be working within the puclic sector, based in Newcastle and for a six month duration.
Main duties
Assisting in the compiling and preparation of briefing papers & presentations for the Director and other senior management across a wide range of subjects as required, and assisting in the preparation of speeches and presentations
Co-ordinating Directors' correspondence and managing responses in presentation and written format for the Director and other senior management in the Business Design Directorate.
Key skills
Essential skills:
? Good drafting, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with internal and external partners including Agency and Departmental management and Ministerial offices.
? Proven track record in the creation and delivery of presentation material in a variety of media, to include Microsoft powerpoint.
