Commercial Manager

My client, based in London is looking for a Commercial Manager to provide sound commercial and financial advice.

Main duties

?Construct local pricing which supports value for money and is affordable
?Negotiate commercial terms which are unique to this scheme which fully protects the SofS and local NHS
?Ensure that risks are allocated and shared appropriately between the NHS and the provider
?Ensure that appropriate subcontract arrangements are in place
?Ensure that all key stakeholders needs are met including local clinical and medical engagement, volume requirements and appropriate delivery models

Key skills

To apply for this role you must have:
?Strong commercial experience in the Public / Private sector
?You must be accountancy qualified or hold a relevant degree.
?Understanding of procurement process/project finance.
?Analyse and interpret complex data/excel spreadsheets and negotiate/discuss the information with key stakeholders.
