Main duties
This is initially A 12 MONTH, FIXED TERM ROLE, with permanent prospects after this. You will join the Client Services Team and the overall responsibility of this function is to co-ordinate and manage the relationship with the client and ensure that staff receive the level of service and support that they expect. The structure of Client Services provides the identification of a single point of contact for each Directorate.
