An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Interim Change Manager in Chelmsford, Essex for local government.
As the Change Manager, you will be reporting to the Service Support Manager within the Service Support Team. The Change Manager is a key process management role within ECC.
The role requires a good understanding of the ITIL best practise framework, and a customer, business and service centric attitude which enhances the user experience via written and verbal communication.
