Capacity Planning & Workload Management

My Client is seeking a highly experienced Excel analyst to work with operational managers within a Central Government organisation to produce models around capacity planning and workload management. You must also have knowledge of Project Management and process mapping methodologies, capacity planning concepts and application.

Main duties

The role will involve:
- Working with Finance to align capacity with unit cost methodologies

- Workforce planning ? aligning capacity tools and trends to activities

- Maintenance and development of existing capacity and workload management tools

Supporting the implementation, development and user adoption

Key skills

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a proven track record of developing business modelling tools
- Evidence of process mapping
- A track record of analysing complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous project management roles and knowledge of project management and processing methodologies
