The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the production of a range of management reports to support the business planning process and to meet the service priorities. The post holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in the information and finance departments to support this function.
Main duties
The role:
?To assist with auditing the service and creating systems, process, monitoring, outcome measures and targets that relate to the Service Specification.
?Monitor staff performance, ensuring that the service works to the agreed standards and protocols.
?Assist with the development of policy and procedures to underpin the work of the service.
?Initiate ideas for service development that will enable the service to modernise and grow.
?To lead on service development meetings.
Key skills
To apply for this role you must:
?Have a proven track record of providing Business Support within the NHS.
?Strong project / general management skills and experience.
?Evidence of service development / re-design within the NHS.
?Knowledge of assisting with audits.
?Have experience of working with clinicians.
