Business, Planning & Performance Manager

My client is looking for a Business, Planning and Performance Manager for a local authority Adult & Community Learning service.

Main duties

The main focus for the individual will be to increase provision and raise standards in the lead up to a re-inspection of the service. You will be responsible for cross-service strategic planning and development in the areas of ICT and digital technology, E-learning, Work-based learning/E2E, Business administration, Train to Gain, Marketing and Customised courses. You will also have line management responsibility for 3 members of staff.

Key skills

You need to have extensive experience of curriculum planning within an adult learning environment, and an experience of both teaching and managing teaching, curriculum and other related support staff within an adult learning environment. You will also have an idea of budget management within a large organisation.
