Area Action Plan & Regeneration Project Manager

Are you a Regeneration professional who has skills and a background in Area Action Plan and transforming City neighbourhoods?

Main duties

To act as Client, leading and managing a team to deliver an Area Action Plan within the statutory planning process.

Liaising with a wide range of Partners
Working with and co-ordinating other teams including the Area teams and marketing & PR
Managing a programme of activity including masterplan preparation, design, public consultation, ensuring that required timescales are met and that statutory process is adhered to.

Key skills

MRTPI Qualified
Be used to leading a team
Ideally have experience working at a senior level in a local authority
Ideally have some geographical knowledge of the North East
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of good urban design in regeneration and place-making.
